One-on-One “Personal Nutrition” Coaching for an Individual
Program length: 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month options
Offered via: Initial assessment (in-person or phone) with follow-up phone consultations
You may prefer one-on-one nutrition coaching in order to guarantee extra attention, privacy, or convenience. We understand, and we offer a variety of packages from which you may choose to best meet your goals.
Our complimentary assessment determines if coaching in general, and which specific program, is a good match for you. We ask you to complete a detailed “health history” and 3-day food diary (electronic nutrition diary provided). Then, during our initial meeting, we conduct a complete nutritional assessment (health history, weight history, diet history, lifestyle issues, current medications/supplements, current exercise regimen) and learn your goals.
In subsequent sessions, we will focus on nutrition topics applicable to your goals. You will receive verbal and written suggestions based on your food diary. We will also work together to plan meals that you will enjoy. All along, we will provide encouragement and accountability until you are able to make healthy eating a natural part of your daily life.
Packages include: Initial assessment, electronic nutrition diaries, weekly review and analysis of nutrition diaries, weekly 30-minute phone coaching sessions, nutrition plans to achieve established goals, monthly nutrition and wellness newsletters, and unlimited email and phone support between coaching sessions.

"Nutrition 101" Personal Nutrition Coaching of an Individual in a Group Setting
Program length: 6 sessions, one hour per session
Offered via: Conference call or onsite (your home, office, church, etc.)
Group size: 5 or more
You may prefer coaching in a group setting if you benefit from going through a process with others, or if you do well on your own after you learn the basics. As always, we strive to make our attention personal.
Learn how to turn the basics of good nutrition into a healthy eating plan that works for you. Topics include:
· The Carbohydrates - Sugars, Starches and Fiber
· The Lipids - Fats and Oils
· The Proteins
· The Vitamins our bodies need
· Water and Minerals
· Nutrition and Weight Management

Program length: 12 sessions/weeks, one hour per session
Offered via: Conference call or onsite (your home, office, church, etc.)
Group size: 6 or more via conference call
15 or more for an onsite program

Pantry Profile

Individual or Groups of 5 or more
When you’re hungry, you’re going to browse through the pantry and fridge. Eating healthy starts with having healthy food choices on hand at all times! Our Pantry Profile will help.
Allow us to start with a thorough analysis of the current contents of your pantry, cupboards, refrigerators, and freezers. (Please don’t hide stuff before we come.) We identify what is good and what needs improvement. We then create an electronic grocery list that incorporates healthier options based on your family’s food preferences. Small changes deliver big results.

Supermarket Tour

Go on an actual shopping trip with us, and learn how to interpret package labels. Low fat? No-fat? Reduced-fat? Low-carb? No-carb? Low sodium? Most of us have been confused by all the options, and many of the manufacturers want us to be!
